Team coaching helps illuminate the interdependencies, strengths and challenges between individuals who work together in a department, on a project or leadership team.

ACHIEVERS™ COACHING

Accelerate your leadership skills and learning with a Bell Leadership Achievers Coach.

The path toward leadership mastery takes hard work and persistence. After attending an open-enrollment Achievers or Achievers II seminar, continue your personal introspection and growth as a leader with expert support in the process. We offer post-Achievers™ coaching packages for you to work with one of our experienced coaches so you can accelerate building your leadership skills and improve your personal effectiveness. These one-on-one sessions provide you with Achievers™ model skill-based expertise coupled with research-driven best practices and guidance. Achievers™ coaching packages are available for all Achievers™ and Achievers II graduates who are interested in receiving personalized guidance to integrate learnings and achieve their goals.

Achievers Coaching Experience

  • Three, 60-min coaching sessions spaced about every four weeks.
  • In anticipation of coaching sessions, you may be asked to work on tailored “pre-work” to practice various techniques and focus your time during each session.
  • Coaching sessions can take place in-person, via phone or the virtual Zoom platform.

Bell Leadership Coaches

Ensuring the right match between you and a coach is a key priority prior to any coaching series. Our coaches bring a variety of experiences and expertise from across industries. Each has been trained to support you in analyzing your Bell Personality Profile results. They are skilled in aligning targeted techniques to build key leadership skills and partner with you to evaluate progress and adapt tools to help you achieve your goals.

 

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Building your leadership skills to become a more effective leader is a continuous process.  Bell Leadership provides Executive Coaching for C-Suite and top-level leaders to provide personalized support, act as a sounding board and help achieve personal objectives. The higher up in the organization, the larger your role and responsibility – and the more challenging it becomes to spend time truly leading rather than managing or doing. A Bell Executive Coach is a confidant that guides you (and your executives) through performance challenges with a process that helps influence your business outcome.

Executive Coaching Experience

  • One, 30-min introductory session.
  • Ongoing, 60 to 90-min coaching sessions spaced as needed and generally every two to six weeks.
  • In anticipation of coaching sessions, you may be asked to work on tailored “pre-work” to practice various techniques and focus your time during each session.
  • Coaching sessions can take place in-person, via phone or the virtual Zoom platform.

Master Class

A Master Class is a half or full-day session with a leadership coach designed to address your unique strengths and weaknesses so that you can build onto your current skills, discover new talents, and contribute to your organization more effectively. Master Classes focus on:

  • Determining your goals and objectives
  • Action planning
  • Getting motivated
  • Creating a set of critical assignments to implement
  • Reviewing your successes, what did and didn’t work, and uncovering the obstacles that prevented you from reaching your desired goals

 

TEAM COACHING

The best leaders inspire their teams to work hard, smart and together. When a team operates efficiently and effectively, their contribution as a team yields a much greater result and impact on the organization. Team coaching helps illuminate the interdependencies, strengths, and challenges of the team. Led by a Bell Leadership coach, team coaching provides the space and facilitation to build trust, improve communication, interrelation and interaction between individuals who work together in a particular department, on a project or leadership team.

Bell Leadership offers custom team coaching sessions for groups upon completion of any program in the Leadership Mastery Series in addition to half, full-day, or series-based sessions designed to meet your team’s unique goals.

Our Achievers™ team coaching, in particular, is a uniquely designed 60-90 minute session either immediately following or shortly after participants’ program experience. An experienced Bell Leadership coach will facilitate a discussion to process what individuals learned in the program and create an open dialogue to encourage commitment and support among both recent program graduates and alumni as they work to build their personal skills and increase team alignment. This provides an opportunity for the group to connect and understand how their Achievers core and extreme behaviors impact the overall team dynamic.
