A Year-Long Experience Building Personal Mastery

Bell Leadership is pleased to offer the Achievers Forum, a systematic, practical continuation of the Achievers™ program. Over the course of a year, Achievers graduates will work alongside peers to refine their action plans, deepen their understanding of Achievers concepts and build core skills to strengthen personal and professional effectiveness.

The Achievers Forum experience will enhance your people’s application of best practices in management, leadership, and personal effectiveness — resulting in a great company, increased profits, and improved contributions.

This program is offered internally within your organization and virtually with various organizations.

VIRTUAL ACHIEVERS FORUM

Our new Virtual Achievers Forum provides “live” ongoing action plan support from Bell Leaders and continued opportunities for your team to deepen relationships with fellow Achievers graduates from various organizations. Sessions will be right-sized, highly interactive and customized to meet the needs of participants.

  • 12-16 Achievers graduates.
  • Five, 75-minute, live virtual sessions over the course of one year.
  • Guided peer-partnering between sessions.
  • Personalized coaching with a Bell Leadership Executive Coach.

Sessions are delivered using the Zoom platform.

All sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoons at 2:00 PM ET via Zoom

INTERNAL ACHIEVERS FORUM

The Internal Achievers Forum offers an opportunity for Achievers graduates within your organization to sustain focus,  maintain motivation and increase collective engagement through a 12-month self-guided Bell Leadership curriculum.

Sessions are managed internally at a pace that best fits your business. Includes 12 monthly small-group meetings, approximately 2 hours each.

Bell Personality Profile

A powerful 360-degree assessment. It is designed to provide insight into your leadership style from a variety of viewpoints, including your own and those of the colleagues, supervisors, friends and family who know you well.

The Bell Personality Profile is unique compared to other 360-degree assessments because it provides feedback within the framework of Bell Leadership’s Achiever Model™. Participants receive feedback on how their personality patterns compare to the six most effective and the six least effective leadership styles in the world. Additionally, the BPP examines eight dimensions of leadership, including:
