Coordinator, Programs & Services – Chapel Hill, NC

Bell Leadership Institute is a well-established leadership training and development company, founded in 1972 and located in the vibrant heart of Chapel Hill, NC. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified individual to join our dynamic Client Services Team in the role of Training Services Coordinator. As the Training Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various programs across our service offerings including Custom Seminars, Licensed Programs, Open Programs, and our Leaders Roundtable.

  • Program Support: Providing comprehensive support for all aspects of our seminars and programs.
  • Material Preparation: Ensuring the preparation and availability of program materials.
  • Logistics Management: Handling logistical arrangements to ensure the seamless execution of programs.
  • Program Correspondence: Managing all communication related to our programs.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Developing and maintaining successful vendor relationships.
  • Material Enhancement: Compiling and enhancing program-specific materials.
  • Client Communications: Personalizing communications to reflect our brand and enhance the client experience.
  • Logistical Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving logistical issues.
  • Event Execution: Commitment to exceptional room setup and in-program details.
  • Process Enhancements: Identifying and implementing process improvements for program delivery.
  • Task Ownership: Willingness to take on tasks of all sizes to deliver outstanding events.

Attention to detail is critical to the Training Services Coordinator role. We believe that every component of our programs contributes to an overall world-class experience for our clients. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a professional business setting, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist and support people.
  • Client Relationship Excellence: Demonstrated track record of supporting and nurturing client/customer relationships.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Capability to master complex administrative systems, processes, and calendars.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a highly positive and no job is too big or too small attitude.

Additionally, the candidate must be highly detail-oriented, ethical, honest, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Enthusiasm, positivity, patience, flexibility, a great sense of humor, and a passion for the Bell Leadership mission are also highly valued.

This position is based on-site at our Chapel Hill, NC offices, and we welcome candidates with additional skills and experience. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
