As a developmental psychologist, Beril brings a deep interest in people’s stories and the ways we connect to others and the world around us. She is passionate about helping leaders make their daily experiences more productive, authentic, and meaningful.

In her work at Bell Leadership, Beril draws from a range of experiences as a facilitator, teacher, researcher, mentor, and coach in both private and university settings in the US and abroad. Students, young professionals, families, and corporate leaders have benefited from her energetic positivity, keen insight, and practical strategies. Her warm sense of humor and clear, candid communication empower people to refine leadership skills and deepen understanding of their impact on teams and organizations.

Beril delights in traveling to new places with her husband and children, playing competitive tennis, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
