Allison Boothroyd is the Senior Manager of Programs and Services and works closely with team members to drive and coordinate Bell Leadership Institute’s Open Enrollment programs. Allison manages all aspects of seminars and works to ensure program excellence and maximum impact for our clients. Allison has worked in leadership development settings and program management roles for over 14 years in Montreal, New York, and now North Carolina, which has been home since 2018. Allison graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McGill University and holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Politics and Advocacy from New York University. Allison is also a certified Project Management Professional, and enjoys spending time outdoors, watching and playing sports, and traveling to as many new places as possible.

Food you crave
Cheese! Cheese is by far my favorite food. I love all kinds and never tire of eating it (at all times of the day).
The farthest trip I have taken was to Asia. I love traveling and discovering new places, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have spent twelve weeks exploring Nepal, Thailand, and Laos.
Definitely the ocean. I love the others too, but I will always choose the beach first, and I hope to never live too far from the coast. There is nothing I love more than a sunny beach day by the ocean!
“Everybody would do better if they knew better.” I believe strongly in the power of education to create opportunities and help individuals and communities realize their full potential. I love that this principle drives home the idea that continuous learning helps us to grow.
