When Bill is speaking, you want to lean in to catch every word. He will get you focused, give you practical steps you can put to use immediately and make you laugh along the way. His genuineness cuts through the noise and calls out the most important issues.

Over the course of his career, Bill has used his expertise in leadership development and conflict resolution to build leaders, teams and organizations in a wide range of industries – from construction, manufacturing, healthcare and higher education, to agriculture, finance and technology. He has worked with national championship coaches and teams in men’s and women’s sports and even played on a final four basketball team in the U.K. He devoted the first part of his career to resolving ethnic conflicts and other complex, deeply-rooted public disputes. He has lived and worked in Central Europe and Central Asia, and even though he continues to travel the U.S. and beyond, this native Tar Heel and father of three boys calls North Carolina home.

In addition to coaching youth sports and attending as many Tar Heel games as he can, Bill loves playing DJ and making playlists for all occasions.
