Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys seeing live music and theater, travelling across the country to visit friends, and hanging out with her family in Huntersville, NC. As a Durham resident, she can be found trying new workouts, keeping up with her favorite reality TV, and checking out her holds at the public library.
Fun Facts About Sarah
After graduating college, I went on a trip across Europe. I visited 11 countries and 14 cities, the farthest away being Budapest, Hungary. Every stop we visited was amazing, but I'd love to spend more time hiking in Interlaken, Switzerland, or retire on a houseboat in Amsterdam.
Little Women (2019). I love this movie because everyone can see themselves in the sisters' best traits and their weaknesses. It has a lot to say about what love and family mean as you grow up.
My favorite card game is euchre. My grandma learned it growing up in the Midwest and I have great memories of playing with her and my sister growing up. Since I don't meet many people in NC who know how to play, I love when I get the chance to visit her and play.
One of my favorite summer memories is getting together with my friends from college at a NC beach for the Fourth of July. We get the cheapest rental house close to the beach that we can find, cram in, and spend the whole day by the ocean. It was a fun way to get together over the summer when we were in school, and it's even more special now that it's a way we get together since moving to different cities.
When you view your life, work, and people as being positive, you make them positive. When you view life, work, and people as negative, you make them negative. This is a great reminder that you have more control over your own life than you think. Assume the best out of things and you'll be surprised what good they'll give you!
