Christina Wise joined Bell Leadership Institute in May 2019 as Executive Administrator, Office of the President. She supports Dr. Bell as he navigates a very full schedule of training, coaching and client engagements.
Christina joined Bell Leadership Institute after spending a decade working in independent school leadership positions in both Florida and North Carolina. Christina began her career as a management consultant focused on strategic planning, communications and change leadership. She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and an International Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and Wirschaftsuniversitat Wien.
Originally born and raised in Clearwater, FL, Christina now enjoys the seasons while residing in Durham, NC with her husband and two sons. When not working with Dr. Bell, Christina spends her time enjoying yoga, reading, traveling, doing handwork and volunteering for her son’s school and The Compass Center in Chapel Hill.

If you could be any animal, which would you be and why?
I would probably choose giraffe. I’ve always found them to be majestic and would enjoy roaming the plains.
I’d like to visit so many eras – the dawn of human civilization, ancient Egypt, Elizabethan England, 1920s America – but I wouldn’t want to stay forever in any of them.
I like to think I’d love the mountains, but I’ve always found that I miss the ocean if I’m too far away – must be a Floridian thing!
Sapiens: A Brief History of Human Kind by Yuval Harari. Fascinating read that changes your perspective on history and how much “progress” we’ve made as a species.
