Amy Hagen is the Executive Director and is responsible for the inner-workings of Bell Leadership Institute; motivating and guiding the team and developing customized executive education, training, and coaching solutions for our valuable clients. Amy began her career with the Bell Leadership Institute in May of 1999. As a 25-year veteran with Bell Leadership Institute, Amy has worked in every client-related position within the organization. Amy was born and raised in Niantic, CT. She moved to North Carolina to attend college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She moved to Durham in 1999, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Amy spends her time out of the office with her family and friends as well as traveling and visiting the beautiful mountains and coast of North Carolina. She also volunteers for the Durham Summer Swim League and Open Table Ministry.
