CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — October 29, 2026 — Bell Leadership Institute today announced Bell Leadership Signature Roundtables, a new suite of leadership development experiences that bring leaders from the same organization together to learn, challenge one another, and solve real business problems side by side. The result is a deeper leadership bench, a shared language for how leaders lead, and a leadership culture that grows stronger inside the organization.

The Signature Roundtables suite includes three experiences designed for distinct groups of leaders within an organization:

Each experience is shaped around the organization, its leaders, and its priorities, combining Bell Leadership development with peer learning, reflection, and application to real business challenges.
“Most organizations have invested in developing strong individual leaders, but individual strength doesn’t automatically add up to a leadership team that can think, decide, and act together. Our clients face that gap at every level, from executive teams that need alignment at the top, to next-generation leaders preparing for enterprise roles, to high-potential talent who need early exposure to how the business is led. We created Signature Roundtables to help organizations close that gap at the level where it matters most to them.”
Amy Hagen, Executive Director, Bell Leadership Institute
Signature Roundtables build on more than three decades of The Leader’s Roundtable, Bell Leadership’s long-running executive masterclass for senior executives from different organizations. They also build on years of custom roundtable work for client organizations. Every Signature Roundtable begins with discovery: Bell Leadership works with executive sponsors and participants to understand the organization, its leaders, and the challenges in front of them. The program then builds on the same proven Bell Leadership frameworks. Over a series of in-person sessions held across roughly 12 to 24 months, participants take part in facilitated discussion, case studies, and hands-on work on their organization’s own priorities. Prework and follow-up assignments come before and after each session. Each cohort works with a Bell Leadership trainer and a dedicated contact throughout. Organizations may add executive sponsorship and capstone projects to tie development directly to strategic goals.
“Strong skills are the foundation, but the move to enterprise leadership happens when leaders apply those skills to bigger challenges together. In a Signature Roundtable, leaders work through real issues facing their business alongside peers who stretch their thinking and see the organization from different vantage points. That’s what makes the Signature Roundtable different. Leaders leave stronger individually and as a leadership team that works better together across the enterprise.”
Bill Sanford, Senior Executive Leadership Trainer, Bell Leadership Institute
