Bell Leadership Attendance Policies
We will gladly provide full refunds for cancellations and reschedules received up to three weeks prior to the seminar. For cancellations and reschedules less than three weeks prior to the program, we will gladly provide a 75% refund. Substitutions can be made up to two weeks prior to the program at no charge. Substitutions made after that are subject to a 15% processing charge. Programs involving pre-seminar testing are subject to different deadlines, restrictions, and processing charges. Testing results will be kept on file for 12 months from date of administration. Retrieval fees may apply. Confirmed participants who do not attend are liable for the entire fee and may not be eligible to receive their survey results. Please note, dates are subject to change.
Payment must be received prior to the seminar unless otherwise specified in writing.
The participation of outside consultants, trainers or guests is discouraged unless expressly authorized by Bell Leadership prior to the program. We ask that you respect the Bell Leadership Institute copyright.The recording, replication, or redistribution of the whole or partial content of any Bell Leadership Institute seminar is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.To maintain the integrity of our programs and materials and to ensure they are accurately and appropriately represented, we are happy to provide a Bell Leadership Trainer to conduct on-site programs for your company or to license your company in our Facilitated Seminars program.
