Participating in a BELL LEADERSHIP program marks an initial step of your journey to achieving significant behavioral change. Leadership mastery takes a collection of efforts to build yourself and your organization. Continuous learning practices are essential to achieving great results and success.

When participants return home after engaging in one of our programs, the real work begins. Lasting behavioral change requires a commitment to the implementation and assessment of the action plan you create. We know the path toward leadership mastery takes hard work and persistence. CHECK-IN CALL

Within a week of attending one of our Open Enrollment seminars, one of our team members will call each participant to check in and help with any questions that may arise after leaving the program.

COACHING SESSION

Our team of trainers conduct individual coaching sessions for participants who want further help with executing the action plan on a more refined and detailed level. Coaching can occur as an individual session or as a series of sessions through our Executive Coaching framework. Coaching prices vary based on number of sessions purchased. The hourly fee ranges from $275-$350.

WEBINARS

Achievers™ graduates may participate in a live, online continued learning series every six to eight weeks throughout the year following the program. The first session focuses on the 365-Day Action Plan. Additional sessions include further study of the Achiever Model, effective and ineffective behavior types and deeper understanding of the data from the Bell Personality Profile.
