Coordinator, Data & Survey Operations (Part-Time)

The Data & Survey Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Assessments & Services Manager and other team members to process all of Bell Leadership’s survey and skill assessments and prepare materials for trainings and seminars.  This position also supports our Licensed Products division with registration and technical oversight.  Candidates should enjoy working with data and be literate with multiple technology platforms and have a demonstrated history of learning new technologies.  The work environment is task-oriented, client-focused, fast-paced, and excellence-driven.   The hourly-paid position is expected to be 20-25 hours during the work week and does not currently qualify for additional benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and administer Bell Leadership surveys and assessments
  • Process survey and assessment data by coordinating between technology platforms
  • Proof survey data and make edits as needed
  • Format and create participant survey and assessment reports
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks – printing, preparing, and shipping reports and other program materials, answering phones as needed
  • Provide client-facing technical support as needed
  • Import participant info into client database system
  • Help maintain Bell Leadership’s survey site and generate invites / automated e-mails
  • Perform historical data research and complete document requests as needed
  • Opportunities for data research and data analytical project work

  Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Consistently available 20-25 hours per week, during Monday – Friday. Some flexibility in schedule is appreciated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & database management programs. Demonstrated history of learning new technologies
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload, anticipate needs, and meet tight and shifting deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people
