Coordinator, Assessments and Programs

Job Description

The Coordinator, Assessments and Programs will work closely with team leaders from our Assessments and Seminars Departments to assist in building each of these branches of Bell Leadership Institute. This role supports both the technical aspect of administering confidential assessments for individuals and companies, reporting of that feedback, and maintaining the assessment database as well as the customer service side of the seminars branch. The work environment is highly client-focused, fast-paced, and excellence-driven.

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least two years’ experience in a professional business setting with major focus on customer service – qualified, recent college graduates welcome to submit resume and credentials
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
• Capability to master complex administrative systems and processes
• Analytical skills, technical savvy, and outcome orientation with proven ability to achieve deadlines, anticipate needs, and troubleshoot
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
