Bell Leadership Institute announced and welcomed Ellen Hayon as Manager, Programs and Services and promoted Lizzy Lauffer to Senior Manager, Programs and Services, to continue growing the Open-Enrollment Programs business unit throughout the United States. Lizzy Lauffer joined Bell Leadership in 2013 as a Project Coordinator to assist Dr. Gerald D. Bell with his book, Great Leaders, Great Results. Bill Sanford and Jon Player Build Great Leaders with United Displaycraft

Bill Sanford led a Great Leaders program with 42 participants from United Displaycraft in Des Plaines, Illinois. Jon Player provided support to participants throughout the program. United Displaycraft participated in the Achievers™ program with both Bill and Jon last year. Great Leaders enabled the team to benchmark their progress with the Bell Personality Profile, and to learn new skills that will further their development as Achievers and leaders. Dr. Gulledge Extends Leader's Job and Job Design Training to Attebury Grain Board Members

In a follow-up to her Leader's Job and Job Design training with the Attebury Grain executive team, Dr. Elizabeth Gulledge led a similar training with Attebury Grain board members. This provided consensus and alignment of ideas for the company's top team members. Bill Sanford facilitated a two-day executive retreat with the East West Partners leadership team at the Detroit Foundation Hotel the week of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) 2018 spring meeting. Bill Sanford Delivers The Leader's Job and Keynote for EO Nebraska

Bell Leadership has a long-standing commitment to training leaders in Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) chapters throughout the world. Most recently, Bill Sanford delivered a one-day program on The Leader's Job and evening Keynote Presentation titled, "Leadership, Culture and Profits" for the EO chapter in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Gulledge Aligns Network Alliance with Achievers

Dr. Gulledge facilitated an On-site Achievers™ program for five participants from Network Alliance at the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club in Centreville, VA. Team members were able to dive deep into the principles of Achievers, learning more about themselves and each other in an engaging, team-building environment.
