Bill Sanford Facilitates Vision Meeting for USPA
On February 13-14, 2015, Bill Sanford facilitated a meeting for leaders of the U.S. Polo Association in Wellington, Florida. USPA board members, division leaders, and executive staff collaborated to develop their ideas on the vision for the USPA and key strategies for achieving that vision.
Originally known as The Polo Association, the USPA was created in 1890 to govern polo handicaps, rules, and tournaments in America and Canada. Constantly growing and obtaining more members, the USPA has a multitude of programs designed to help American polo players improve their skills and compete in the “Game of Kings.”
Bell Leadership Institute and the U.S. Polo Association have partnered on several training and development initiatives over the last few years.
