Bell Leadership’s Licensed Programs Welcomes Five New Facilitators

During Fundamentals, an annual seminar designed to cultivate new Licensed Programs facilitators, Bell Leadership welcomed five candidates: Daphne Ingles with Dot Foods, Andrea Wendling with Heartland Dental, Chris Blunk with Hoosier Energy, Alex Eichenberg with Extraco Banks, and Kyle Metcalfe with MacAllister Machinery.

Dr. Elizabeth Gulledge and Bill Sanford, MS led the candidates through a two-day session to prepare them for facilitating at their own organizations.  Dr. Denise Bowling, Director of Curriculum Development, was instrumental in creating the content and presented a module focused on utilizing their facilitator’s guide and supporting videos.  As part of the training to become master facilitators, each candidate prepared a live presentation for the group.  Topics included 100 Problem Days Theory, Three Levels of Self, Motivation, and Best and Worst Leaders.

“Fundamentals gave me a new outlook on how to prepare for and deliver training.  I had key takeaways that I will not only utilize in my delivery of training courses, but in the way I manage and lead meetings,” states Daphne Ingles.
