Bell Leadership Institute Welcomes Three New Facilitator Candidates

Bell Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in leadership training and executive education, is growing its Licensed Programs division. Three new licensed companies are building their talent by certifying in-house facilitators to lead Bell programs. Bell Leadership is proud to add Jessica Cook from Dot Foods, Jon Bobbitt from Hoosier Energy, and Brian Schwartze from Kinzler Construction Services to their growing list of certified facilitators.

Certified facilitators have a unique opportunity to influence the growth of their team members. As Brian Schwartze states, “Our team-focused approach means our company grows at the rate our people grow. What could be more beneficial than bringing the Bell Leadership program to our leaders? Completing certification will allow us to have an exponential impact on the lives of our team members while saving time and money.”

Since the program’s inception in 2005, Bell Leadership has certified more than 50 facilitators in over 30 companies. To date, over 6,000 people have graduated from Bell’s facilitator-led programs.

Dr. Elizabeth Gulledge will lead the Fundamentals  program, the first step towards becoming a Bell certified facilitator, on July 18 and July 19 at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Programs currently available for licensing are AchieversGreat LeadersAdvanced Communication, and Change Leadership.
