Bell Leadership Institute Kicks off 25th Year of The Leader’s Roundtable
Bell Leadership is pleased to welcome the 2018 participants of The Leader’s Roundtable. The Leader’s Roundtable is an executive peer council for C-suite and senior leaders led by Bell Leadership experts. Based on client feedback, there will be a new structure for the program in 2018, consisting of six two-day sessions throughout the year. This will allow participants to dive more deeply into the concepts explored during each visit. In addition, the Bell Leadership team will host a nightly gathering for each of the six sessions to promote relationship development in a fun and relaxed environment.
January’s program will kick-off by exploring the topic of, “Think Like a Leader,” and will cover the ideas of wisdom, listening and influence. Throughout the year, Dr. Bell will draw on principles taught in The Leadership Mastery Series™, including Achievers™, The Leader’s Job, Advanced Communication, Selecting Achievers™, Advanced Teamwork, and Change Leadership. One of the unique aspects of this small, exclusive program is the diversity of industries that are represented. Participants share ideas, questions and perspectives in a confidential setting with peers who understand the weight of their daily responsibilities, and with Bell Leadership’s trainers and coaches who provide invaluable support and feedback. Often, relationships are built between participants that extend far beyond their time together in Chapel Hill. In addition, graduates of The Leader’s Roundtable are invited to an annual alumnus gathering to reconnect, reflect, and reenergize for the coming year.
In today’s environment of constant, rapid changes, increasing demand for immediate access to products and services, and unprecedented visibility coupled with external scrutiny, business agility is more important than ever. Investing in yourself and your leadership skills by assessing not only where you are, but who you are, yields the highest returns and will set your company in the right direction.
