Bell Leadership Institute Expands Services, Team

Chapel Hill, NC – November 11, 2014Bell Leadership Institute, a recognized leader in executive education and development headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, congratulates Lenka Hejlkova on her promotion to Director, Programs and Services, and is pleased to announce its newest team members: Ms. Natalie Reder, Assistant Manager of Programs and Services; and Mr. Bryan Williams, Assistant of Programs and Services.

Hejlkova joined Bell Leadership in 2008 and has played a major role in Bell Leadership’s seminars and assessments, and leads Bell’s marketing and social media initiatives. “Lenka raises the bar and inspires our team to be better and work harder.   Her contributions impact our mission, clients, and team in a significant and positive way,” said Dr. Gerald D. Bell, Bell Leadership’s founder and CEO.

In five years with Fleet Feet Sports in Carrboro, NC, and nearly as long as Director of Training Programs, Reder, a highly motivated person with passion for people and teamwork, has helped hundreds of individuals set and achieve their goals. Reder supports Bell’s mission of building world-class leaders.  “I am honored,” she says, “to be working at an organization that has set the standard in leadership development training for over 40 years.”

Williams, a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and minor in Anthropology, served as the Head Research Assistant at the Center for Decision Research at Kenan-Flagler Business School, and brings a unique skill set to the Bell team.  “I look forward to learning from Dr. Bell and his talented team,” says Williams.

Both Reder and Williams joined the Bell Leadership staff July 2014 to assist in building world-class leadership seminars and handling the high volume of leadership assessments and custom surveys.
