Archery Trade Association Takes Aim, Embarks Upon Strategic Planning Process with Bill Sanford
Bill Sanford facilitated a one-day Strategic Planning meeting with the Archery Trade Association (ATA) to help kick off a process that will continue for the next several months. Participants braved blizzard conditions to attend the meeting, held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Benjamin Summer, Vice President of T.R.U. Ball Archery Releases / AXCEL Archery Sights Chairman, and ATA Board of Directors, explained the development of the meeting: “Before our meetings in Minneapolis, Bell Leadership reached out to a large cross-section of ATA members and received responses on ATA’s mission, vision, and goals. These responses were strongly factored into the first day of strategic planning and closely mirrored the thoughts of the representatives of each segment of ATA membership in attendance. I have heard several positive comments from Board members who believed that Bell Leadership facilitated a successful start to our strategic planning process and look forward to positive results that will make a solid difference in the future!”
President and CEO of ATA, Matt Kormann, shared his response to this strategic planning kickoff: “Working with Bell Leadership presented an exciting opportunity.
