Sarah Best is the Programs and Services Manager at Bell Leadership Institute and works closely with team members to coordinate Off-Site Programs. She enjoys both the people-focused and organizational work it takes to create a fantastic program experience for our clients. She joined Bell Leadership Institute after practicing as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for several years. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Linguistics and a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys painting, listening to podcasts, and going on long walks with her husband and their two dogs, Pippin and Lily.

Food you crave
Any kind of pasta. I am always down for some spaghetti or a big bowl of ramen!
I am a huge Lord of the Rings nerd, so I would say the first movie in the trilogy: The Fellowship of the Ring. I’ve seen it so many times that I’m pretty sure I could recite it from memory at this point! It’s my dream to make it to New Zealand one day and see all the filming locations.
Definitely the ocean! I love the calming power of being on the beach and reading a book or taking a long walk.
Growing up, we always played at least one game of Yahtzee as a family after dinner. Now any time I visit, we always break out the dice and score cards after dinner and it makes me feel like a kid again!
