At our clients' request, we developed a Train-the-Trainer program to bring Dr. Bell's Advanced Achievement Leadership Series™ directly to their employees. Attendance at the TTT program is the first important step towards bringing these programs into your company using your in-house trainers.
During this two-day session, Dr. Bell will work with your company's chosen representative(s) on his advanced fundamentals of training. He will show how to create highly effective training programs for the Achiever Leadership skills, by explaining:
- How to get your audience out of beta state and into alpha state.
- How to warm up a group quickly so they are eager to learn.
- How groups pass through four phases and how to use these natural phases to produce great learning.
- The levels of self—how to move your participants beyond the surface self into the core level for deeper, more meaningful learning.
- How people actually listen, learn, and communicate in their learning process.
- How to improve people's ability to learn by teaching them techniques of permanent memory.
- How to create effective learning spaces, processes and timing.
In order to attend this session, trainer candidates must have attended Dr. Bell's Advanced Achievement Leadership program as well as agree to the Train-the-Trainer Guidelines. By the end of 2008, Bell Leadership Institute hopes to offer the following programs to qualified trainers for certification:
- Advanced Achievement Leadership (currently available)
- Selecting Achievers
