How do I register for a seminar?
You may register directly on-line using our secured server, by fax or call our office at (919) 967-7904 to register.
How far in advance should I register?
Enrollment is limited and courses fill up quickly, so please register early (we recommend at least two months in advance for courses that include 360° surveys Advanced Achievement Leadership & Leaders Job). We do accept later registrations if space is available.
Facility where are the Open Enrollment Programs held?
All seminars are held in Chapel Hill, NC, in the heart of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill campus. Directions will be sent to you with your seminar confirmation package.
Accommodations where does Bell Leadership recommend I stay and how far in advance should I make my hotel reservations?
We recommend staying at The Carolina Inn, a AAA Four Diamond hotel close to the meeting site. For reservations, phone (800) 962-8519 and identify yourself as a Bell Leadership participant. An additional listing of accommodations will be sent to you with your seminar confirmation package. To get the best rate available please make your reservations as far in advance as possible.
Where is the nearest airport?
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is located approximately 25 minutes from Chapel Hill.
What is included in my tuition?
The tuition covers all course materials, pre-work, 360° surveys if applicable, continental breakfast and lunch. Participants are responsible for their hotel accommodations.
When will I receive my invoice and program materials?
Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the seminar you will receive a program package which contains additional information about the program and local area. If applicable, you will also receive your 360 survey material. You will also be invoiced at that time separately.
Do we have pre-work and/or homework assignments?
Most seminars have pre-work and/or homework assignments during the program. Pre-work will be provided to you in advance of the program via e-mail/mail and specific homework assignments will be given during the seminar.
Can my spouse and/or children attend?
We encourage spouses to attend and offer a 50% discount for spouses/partners to all of our programs. Adult children are welcome.
Are CEUs or CPEs available upon my completion of a seminar?
Bell Leadership Institute is an Authorized CEU Sponsor member of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training and an Authorized CPE Sponsor member of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy*. All courses are intermediate to advanced levels with group-live participation. CEUs or CPEs are provided upon request only. What if I need to cancel my enrollment in a program?
For cancellations and reschedules less than three weeks prior to the program, we will gladly provide a 75% refund. Confirmed participants who do not attend are liable for the entire fee and may not be eligible to receive their survey results if applicable.
How long should I wait before attending another program?
This varies from person to person, but we recommend about 6 months to give you enough time to work on your learnings as well as to be ready for the next steps. The Advanced Achievement Leadership Series is designed so that you could complete it within 1 year if you so choose.
* Bell Leadership Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
