Our Location
Bell Leadership Institute is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It is in the north central portion of North Carolina on the Piedmont Plateau, almost midway between Washington, DC, and Atlanta, Georgia. Chapel Hill was incorporated in 1819 and has a population of approximately 52,000. Nicknamed the "Southern Part of Heaven," it offers the best of small-town living in a unique, cosmopolitan environment. Chapel Hill is also the home of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the nation's oldest public university, established in 1789.

All of our open enrollment seminars are held in Chapel Hill at The Carolina Inn, located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, one block from historic Franklin Street's shopping and entertainment. The Carolina Inn is a AAA Four-Diamond hotel with 184 guest rooms and suites, excellent meeting and banquet facilities, and a AAA Four-Diamond, Mobil Four-Star restaurant.

Our Policy
Bell Leadership will not tolerate harassment of any kind. Actions, words, jokes or comments based on an individual’s sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other legally protected characteristic will not be tolerated. In particular, an atmosphere of tension created by sex-related remarks, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other conduct of a sexual nature is not condoned or tolerated. Every employee should, at all times, respect the dignity and feelings of other individuals. No employees shall be harassed verbally, non-verbally or physically.
