Dr. Dana L. Lebo is an insightful trainer, coach, consultant, and psychologist. With expertise in training, counseling, and organizational development, she has helped hundreds of leaders improve their performance and build their organizations.

Dr. Lebo draws from her advanced studies and research in fields of psychology and business to help organizations develop their leaders and build great teams. As a seasoned management consultant and psychologist, she applies best practices from key
psychological disciplines to assess, give feedback on, and enhance leadership performance.

Dr. Lebo earned master's and doctoral degrees in psychology from Columbia University and bachelor's and master's degrees from Georgetown University. She was awarded fellowships to study languages and anthropology in the Middle East, and taught at
institutions both in the U.S. and overseas, including Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey; Columbia University's Teachers College; and the American Cultural Center in Alexandria, Egypt.

In addition to her consulting career, Dr. Lebo enjoys researching and practicing ways to balance work and family life as she strives to manage her roles of psychologist, trainer, coach, writer, runner, and mother of four.
