The Leader’s Roundtable is led by Dr. Gerald D. Bell, a “Master Teacher” with over 35 years of successful, in-depth experience.

		Enrollment is limited to individuals who are selected for participation in the Roundtable. Members meet once a month for one year (12 days) in Chapel Hill for in-depth, intense and fun working sessions.
		Dr. Bell presents key advanced leadership concepts in the morning sessions. Each afternoon is devoted to analyses of cases presented by Roundtable members. The morning’s leadership principles are then applied to the Roundtable members’ jobs, organizations and lives.
		Dr. Bell and the Roundtable members analyze the cases and develop effective action plans for implementation.
		Roundtable members complete select readings and prepare custom-designed prework assignments for each session. The continuity, review and reinforcement of each monthly seminar enriches learning and builds lasting changes.
		Total confidentiality and trust (Knights of the Roundtable Honor) are personal contracts between members of The Leader’s Roundtable.

Dr. Bell’s work has been used by an astounding 500,000 leaders in more than 4,700 organizations and in over 85 countries.
