Each person will be scored on his/her Self-Rating, including the group
mean and percentile rank, and their Associate Rating score with associate
group mean and percentile rank. They will also receive associates’
perceptions of their strengths and weaknesses, typed verbatim and
in random order from all of the completed questionnaires. Results
can be broken down by business unit with a comparison/ranking of individuals
to business units and business units to the entire group.
All of our Mastery Technologies materials and results are confidential.
We work with you to establish manageable time schedules, including
distribution and completion target dates. We ship assessment materials
with detailed instructions for distribution and manage the logistics.
The questionnaire responses are returned directly to our office for
confidential processing.
